This policy primarily covers the public Creafinity website. Personal data processed in connection with use of the Creafinity SaaS platform may also be subject to the applicable customer agreement and data-processing terms.

For personal data collected directly through the public website, Creafinity generally acts as the data controller under Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).
